The Whitebrook Restaurant with Rooms in the Wye Valley was awarded a prestigious AA Wine Award for Wales in recognition of its ‘outstanding contribution to promoting wine understanding and appreciation’. The Michelin starred restaurant was also among just eight new 4 AA Rosette winners and joins the likes of Le Champignon Sauvage, Fera at Claridge's, Restaurant Nathan Outlaw, Stovell’s, The Black Swan at Olstead and Northcote in a list of restaurants with this impressive accolade. The news comes in the wake of The Whitebrook’s inclusion in The Waitrose Good Food Guide 2017’s Top 50 UK Restaurants, putting chef Chris Harrod’s cooking firmly amongst the very best in the country.
