Michelin chef Chris Harrod’s tasting menu for the week of 13th to 18th February, takes inspiration from the beautiful rural surroundings, his produce is often foraged and truly represents The Wye Valley on a plate. It’s a magical setting in the middle of the countryside, yet just 2.5 hours from London. Dinner bed and breakfast from £278.

An extra treat: a trip out into the countryside with expert forager Henry Ashby to seek out wild and wonderful ingredients destined for the menu, £50 per person, call the restaurant to book.
