Seasonal foraged ingredients will fill the festive lunch menu during December when dishes will be packed with Wye Valley produce typical of chef Chris Harrod’s award winning restaurant (£35 for three courses; £74 for seven courses).

On Christmas Day, Chris will put on a foraged feast, bursting with ingredients from the forest and featuring canapes, Rhug Estate Organic Bronze Turkey, Christmas pudding and mince pies (£145 per person). Guests may also see in the New Year at The Whitebrook whilst enjoying a seven course tasting menu and Champagne at midnight (£140 per person). Dinner, bed & breakfast packages also available.
