Don't miss Chris on stage at Abergavenny Food Festival this month

We're delighted that Chris will be doing a demonstration at the Abergavenny Food Festival. Come and see him at 2pm on Saturday 21st September at the Market Hall stage demonstrating a signature Whitebrook dish featuring some of the vibrant heritage vegetables we grow ourselves and the wild and wonderful Wye Valley produce.

Guest Chef evening, The Grove at Narberth, 8th October

Chris is delighted to be heading to another Welsh gem next month to guest chef at The Grove. He'll be recreating some of his seasonal signature dishes in the stunningly situated country house hotel on Tuesday 8th October. Autumn brings a new season of ingredients to The Whitebrook menu - plenty of vibrant heritage vegetables grown in our kitchen garden and new produce that have sprouted in the wilds of the Wye Valley.

As we come up for a year since Chris' triumph on BBC2's Great British Menu when he took his show-stopping dessert to the banquet, it returns to the menu. 'Tea & Cake': Hazelnut cake, woodruff mousse, blackberries & nettles, served with Quince tea is on the menu now, soon to be followed by his other winning dishes. Book your table or your stay today!
